Curcuminoids are the part of the turmeric root people take turmeric for. Ground turmeric has only a little. Our extract is made so that 95 of every 100 mg are curcuminoids, and each serving of three capsules carries 1,000 mg of that extract. Both numbers are on the front of the bottle.
Does it have black pepper in it?
Yes. 15 mg of black pepper extract (Piper nigrum) in every serving, listed on the panel. Turmeric and black pepper are the classic pair, and here you do not need a second bottle for it.
With food or on an empty stomach?
The label says once a day with any drink. Most of our bottles end up next to the coffee maker, because breakfast is easier to remember and easier on the stomach. There is also 50 mg of MCT oil powder from coconut in each serving.
